What we do
We will do an initial screening of the applicants from our office in Sri Lanka.
In these interviews we will assess the qualifications, required work experience and the English Language requirements as intimated to us by our principals.
Once an applicant progresses through the initial screening by our staff then they will be directly interviewed by the overseas client(s).
These clients have all the necessary approvals from their governments and the applicant would be made aware of their and the families rights under this scheme to obtain visas for such destinations.
Once the clients are satisfied with the person then all the work in connection with these applicants would be handled by appointed immigration consultants/lawyers who are all registered with the respective governments and have valid licenses to handle such work in their particular countries.
The names and licenses of the consultants/lawyers will be made available to the applicant during the application and selection process to ensure that they are working with genuine persons/companies.
Finances
There would be a fee payable to the consultants/lawyers and these would be made known to the applicants on a case-by-case basis.
Our local office will not provide any advice regarding the costs and the process, but the applicants will work in direct contact with the overseas immigration consultants/lawyers.
The payment of fees would be as spelt out by the consultants/lawyers in the offer letter to the applicant at the time of their interviews. The payments would have to be paid in tranches as per agreed milestones and the terms relating to such work would be signed between the parties in advance.
Our office in Sri Lanka will only provide administration services to co-ordinate the work with the foreign clients/consultants/lawyers in order to facilitate such work.
